Wonderful, Whimsical Journals

Journaling is a form of self expression in which you share your thoughts and feelings.

But it is so much more than that.

Journaling has the power to change your mindset and mood and shift your perspective. Journaling is a powerful, empowering tool to guide you in regulating your emotions and allowing you to release what’s on your mind and heart.

As adults, journaling is a portal to the soul.

It is stepping into your personal power, creating the life you once dreamed of having, and following your heart. It is connecting to your intuition to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. It is unlocking your light, illuminating your soul’s path, and stepping into your truest being.

Journaling is about finding yourself. Knowing yourself. Loving yourself. Coming home to yourself.

Imagine if your kids had...

an outlet to release all of the goings-on of the day?

a safe space of their own to share their thoughts and feelings?

a creative outlet where they could share their fun ideas and learn how to express themselves creatively?

a space to learn about self-awareness, intrinsic motivation, perseverance, and so much more?

a safe space to unload their mind and relieve stress, overwhelm, and anxiety?

Imagine if your kids were happier, healthier, and heart-led

That is why I created It’s a Wonderful, Whimsical World of Writing!

I wanted to be able to help kids learn how to appropriately and effectively manage their emotions, learn how to be more mindful and self-aware, and introduce them to social-emotional wellbeing!

All with a simple pen and paper!

Words are powerful.

They have the power to help us express ourselves and shift our thoughts and feelings. Words allow us to connect with ourselves and those around us on a deeper level. Words are the power that is creativity, inspiration, and self-expression. Writing has the power to shift and ground our energy, relieve stress and anxiety, increase happiness, and so much more!

Words are the magic that we hold within; magic I truly believe every child should hold on to.

What if your kids could be haPPier, healthier, and heart-led?

... and what if you could be a part of it?

That is why I created It’s a Wonderful, Whimsical World of Writing for Grown Ups!

I wanted to be able to help you connect with your kids on a deeper level by creating a safe space to spend more mindful quality time with them.

While your kids are learning how to appropriately and effectively manage their emotions and how to be more mindful and self-aware, you are learning more about them, how they are feeing, and what they are experiencing in their lives, while also sharing your own thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

As an adult, it is so easy to think that the things our kids are experiencing, feeling, and thinking are trivial. But to a kid, they are a big deal. Sharing the experience of journaling with your kids will help you to develop a better understanding of their thought and belief patterns, how they are interpreting their experiences, as well as help you to share your own feelings and experiences with them.

Kids want to know that you understand. They want to know that you are a safe space for them to confide in. They want to know that they are not alone. Something as simple as five-journalling-minutes per day can show them just that.

Imagine if..

you could connect with your kids on a deeper level?

you had a safe space where you could share your own experiences and feeling with your kids?

you could share the experience of journaling with your kids to help you develop a better understanding of their thought and belief patterns, how they are interpreting their experiences?

your kids knew that you understood them? that they are not alone?

your kids knew that you are a safe space for them to confide in?

you could spend more mindful quality time with your kids to strengthen your relationship?
